  • It supports a healthy balance in the hormonal system and functioning of all organs.

  • It trains your nervous system to relax and calms the mind.

  • It prepares you for meditation and deeper, more subtle practices.

But it is also a toolkit for life...

As we go through our daily lives with all it's challenges and experiences we accumulate tensions in body and mind.

We need to release them consciously if we don`t want them to become our habitual default mode.

Practicing Hatha Yoga is the perfect way of purifying body, mind and energy system on a regular basis.
